INDEPENDENT SECOND AUDIT - BRAND KIT 16
Reviewer: material_identity_audit
Scope: current local source files and rendered review sheets,23 October 2026.
This is a design/source audit, not institutional approval or manufacturing certification.

EVIDENCE EXAMINED
- logos/Logo-Variants-16.png and logos/validation.json.
- digital/Actual-Size-Test-16.png.
- support/Icon-System-16.png; support/Type-Usage-16.png; support validation/technical records.
- applications/Application-Overview.png initially containing 31 layout thumbnails, followed by separate inspection of new 32/33 sheets.
- Full rendered sheets 02,03,07,19,24,29.
- applications/manifest.json, validation.json and all 61 nested logo placement path sequences.
- Original refinement 15 colour/mono source files versus included application sources.
- gold/three-treatments-preview.png and ceremonial/Ceremonial-16-Colour.png.
- Original 48 page reference mapping described in coverage-notes.txt.
All 20 newly copied mockups/01-20 PNGs were subsequently visually inspected through five four-image review sheets. This checks composition and visible conceptual consistency, not pixel-perfect logo registration or every small generated letter.

PASSED CHECKS
1. All 61 nested logo placements in 33 application SVGs have identical path d, transform and fill sequences to their respective included masters. Both included masters are byte-hash identical to original refinement 15 source files.
2. Latest applications validation passed=true. Earlier false exact-master flags were caused by ID/reference namespace comparison, subsequently corrected by owner; independent path comparison also passes.
3. Mono stacked and compact-stacked logo paths resolve to #641 E 26 or none, with no second ink found in this check.
4. Logo family visually retains current 15 eyes, nose, lips and silhouette. Dark-field variants preserve positive-face rendering on an ivory field and correctly avoid a one-ink reverse claim.
5. Digital size sheet honestly identifies 16/32 px as inadequate for distinctive expression. Native exports are supplied for comparison; no production minimum is claimed.
6. Service icon board contains 12 consistent line icons with visible Hindi/English labels. Labels and Devanagari specimens render without obvious clipping or detached marks in inspected images. Supporting type is visibly separated from the outlined logo lettering.
7. Portrait+name remains on clothing, bus and shuttle layouts. Template status and hypothetical map/pass status are explicit.
8. Initial 31-sheet overview and separately inspected new 32/33 sheets have no gross missing-master or page-bound clipping. Detailed checks found local placement defects listed below.

CONCRETE CORRECTIONS REQUESTED
A. CLOSED after reinspection: bus service text moved between wheel arches and made Hindi-first bilingual. Logo also moved clear of the front wheel.
B. CLOSED after reinspection: glass logo moved wholly onto one pane; ivory field now has visible clearance below subtitle.
C. CLOSED after final reinspection: waistcoat patch is now wholly inside the torso, below the armhole and clear of the centre closure.

D. CLOSED after reinspection: refreshed gold/three-treatments-preview.png shows maroon lettering, bronze eye/nose/lip marks and maroon tilak. Facial contrast is materially improved. No black-wordmark issue remains in that refreshed preview.

DESIGN LIMITATIONS / DO NOT OVERCLAIM
- Owner added Hindi-first bilingual functional copy to sheets 01,03,05,06,10,20,30,31; the corrected bus was independently rechecked. Other applications and photo concepts still contain English-only functional/campaign text. The set is not a fully localised bilingual communications implementation.
- Actual-size sheet shows facial detail congestion at small sizes. Supplying favicon exports does not establish recognisability at 16/32 px.
- Refreshed gold treatment uses readable bronze facial marks with metallic ornament. Treat as material/display study; it is not proven small-size identity or a real editable 3D relief.
- Ceremonial 16 colour study preserves the detailed primary head but body/fists/feet are far more schematic. This style mismatch prevents treating it as a mature secondary master. It lacks the original full-arch narrative, so it is a new simplified study, not equivalent completion of original OptionA. Keep it explicitly under review and separately labelled.
- Typography sample uses account-labelled Hindi 'खाता' with English 'PROFILE'; not a spelling fault, but align the eventual UI meaning. Calendar label 'तिथि' is a deliberate shorter label; real app content should distinguish date/calendar as needed.
- Letterhead and other templates contain intentional placeholders, not institutional contact/event/recipient content. Packaging is not a verified dieline, map is not navigable, and garment layouts are not stitch files.
- No live responsive-header implementation, browser zoom test, physical stitch test, foil/paint match or manufacturer dimensional proof was independently verified.
- Original source coverage is broader than 20 photo scenes. Existing 33 editable layouts now include kurta/jacket, book/slipcase/framed art, glass/hanging sign, shuttle, retail and canopy extensions. Actual commissioned narrative illustration and full-arch ceremonial refinement remain separate; a layout template is not finished editorial content.

COVERAGE RECONCILIATION
coverage-reference.csv has 48 rows and now records actual existing package paths. DELIVERED_EDITABLE_LAYOUTS means files exist as schematic SVG/PNG artwork, not production-ready content. Partial-detail and system-status rows explicitly preserve unresolved matters. Guide/provenance files pending during this checkpoint must be reconciled by package owner before final release claims.

CURRENT VERDICT
Source consistency is strong enough for a proposed identity working kit. A-D are visually rechecked and closed. No unresolved placement defect remains among the sheets inspected. Secondary ceremonial and very small icon recognition remain explicit design limitations. No claim that every package file or every generated scene has passed this audit.

NEW 20 PHOTO-CONCEPT COLLECTION - VISUAL REVIEW
General: all 20 share the intended maroon/ivory/gold family, positive light facial rendering and recognisable portrait-plus-name structure. Generated eye/mouth proportions, crown channels, letter widths and portrait/name spacing drift between scenes and between objects within a scene. These are material/context concepts only. Exact 33 SVG layouts and source 15 assets are the authority for identity geometry. No current photograph should be used as a logo master, editable artwork or lettering source.
01 Reception: good wall hierarchy and ambient material context; raised-edge treatment and face/text redraw remain conceptual.
02 Clothing: portrait+name present on both; positive face retained on maroon waistcoat. Thread sizes and small subtitle are not stitch-tested.
03 Bus: strong side/front identity; no negative-face inversion. Vehicle glazing/body graphic geometry is illustrative, not measured livery artwork.
04 Medallion/plaque: consistent gift-box palette; gold-face rendering and perspective vary between the two objects. This is an engraved/relief visual study, not a manufacturing relief file.
05 Wayfinding: clear arrows and rows; English-only functional directions and invented routing. Not installation artwork.
06 Gateway: name has good horizontal prominence; actual sign dimensions, mounting and night appearance remain unspecified.
07 Stationery: coherent paper/foil family; portrait/lettering varies among small cards and folder. Real contact text and final grid are in editable layouts, not this image.
08 Invitation/certificate: clear material direction; almost all content remains blank/sample. Typeset event/recipient details still required.
09 Pass/lanyard: visibly SAMPLE / NOT VALID FOR ENTRY, with blank code area. No working credential or QR implied.
10 Helpdesk: lower side section suggests access provision, but wheelchair icon alone does not prove usable knee/reach clearance. English HELP DESK remains illustrative copy.
11 Prasad: packaging family coherent; label/data panel not visible, so this cannot verify food-information layout or dieline.
12 Puja kit: box/pouch/card form a family; differing facial renderings and any shown ritual materials are illustrative.
13 Bags: good clear upper/main panel placements; different faces and letter weights across bag types remain generated drift.
14 Journal/calendar: journal treatment works; calendar has blank grid without verified dates. Not a functional calendar export.
15 Billboard: large isolated identity reads well compositionally; viewing-distance legibility is not measured.
16 Bus shelter: clear portrait/name poster; context/material only, no final poster dimensions or campaign content.
17 Stage: dominant identity placed clear of lectern; generated face and lettering not exact source reproduction.
18 Banners: consistent family across two hanging formats; apparent shape differences include perspective and generated redraw. Wind, hems and physical construction untested.
19 Website/app: visual branding context only. Oversized hero/logo composition is not measured responsive-header implementation; English actions and illustrated architecture need real content integration.
20 Kiosk: readable action hierarchy in this mockup; English-only actions, generated service icons and screen placement are not the delivered 12-icon system or an accessibility-tested interface.

No gross malformed name or severed primary logo was observed at the inspected overview scale. This statement does not certify every generated letter at print size. The copied photo files do not all carry proposed-status labels inside the image; keep README/guide context with them when sharing. All 20 remain concept-only regardless of visual polish.

FINAL CORRECTION VERIFICATION
Reopened corrected 02,03,29 and new 32,33 PNG sheets. Waistcoat, bus and glass placement defects are closed. Kurta/jacket and book/slipcase/frame sheets have no obvious overlap or logo clipping. Repeated independent source comparison across final 33 templates:61 nested logo placements all preserve master path d/transform/fill sequences; latest application validation passed=true. This verifies geometry preservation, not final physical sizing or all live text content.

FINAL ROOT FOLLOW-UP
Application English was aligned to the bundled Noto Sans after the independent pass; exact Hindi/logo geometry was unchanged. All33 layouts were rerendered, the stationery and bilingual wayfinding sheets visually rechecked, and source/export validation rerun. No new clipping was observed in those inspected sheets.
